Role Overview
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take full ownership of building and executing the outbound go-to-market motion. This is a hands-on commercial leadership position — ideal for someone who thrives in a growth environment and brings both strategy and execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead outbound sales efforts into regulated and high-tech markets
* Build pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close new business
* Shape GTM strategy and refine messaging alongside the CEO
* Develop relationships across industry ecosystem partners
* Provide customer-driven insights to product and leadership teams
Experience & Profile
* Proven success selling SaaS into regulated or technically complex markets
* Skilled in outbound prospecting, enterprise consultative sales, and senior stakeholder engagement
* Familiarity with quality management, compliance software, or life-science/MedTech ecosystems
* Comfortable operating in a small, scaling team with high accountability and autonomy
