The Role As a Vehicle Paint Technician, you’ll work on a variety of vehicles — including electric and hybrid — delivering flawless paintwork from preparation through to the final finish. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Preparing vehicles: cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces Mixing and matching paint to achieve exact colour matches Using spray guns and operating the spray booth Ensuring all finishes meet quality control and manufacturer standards Collaborating with the team to meet daily and weekly targets Maintaining a clean, organised, and safety-compliant workspace About You We’re looking for someone who takes pride in every panel they paint and understands the value of precision and teamwork.
