As a Support Worker, your daily tasks may include assisting with eating and drinking, meal preparation, personal care, providing companionship, and encouraging independence in daily activities.
What Nurseplus offers Support Workers:
* Flexible shifts—full-time or part-time, days, nights, and weekends
* Pay rates from £13.15 to £19.00 per hour, paid weekly
* Free training aligned with the Care Certificate
* Opportunities for ongoing support and development, including in-house courses and funded qualifications such as distance learning and NVQ Levels 2 and 3

Requirements for Support Workers:
* You must be over 18 years old
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Flexibility regarding travel—some shifts may require driving or access to public transport
* Good standard of English and effective communication skills
* An enhanced DBS check, which can be applied for upon registration (cost: £45.40, refundable after a set period of employment)
