About the Role:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
* Contribute to the wider school community and attend staff meetings and CPD opportunities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
* A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective classroom strategies.
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
* A passion for education and a commitment to raising standards.
