The company are now entering a period of strategic growth and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to help drive this expansion. Based in Wakefield, you'll typically be expected to travel to site at least twice a month, mainly to projects in Greater London / surrounding counties, with occasional travel elsewhere in the UK. You'll oversee 1-2 live projects, managing all commercial and contractual responsibilities. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll produce cost reports, valuations, reconciliations and forecasts, as well as administering subcontract valuations and payments - ensuring robust financial and project performance.
