The Role The Aftersales & Warranty Engineer will act as the single point of contact for customers for all aftersales and warranty matters, managing the full lifecycle of cases from initial notification to final resolution. The role requires strong technical understanding, problem-solving, and customer-focused communication, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Site Services, Production, Engineering, Planning, and Quality teams, this position ensures that aftersales and warranty activities drive product reliability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
