This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (work pattern to be agreed with the successful candidate). This is a field-based role and will require travel to our sites across the East Anglia. The successful candidate can be based in any Flagship Housing office, whichever is closest to their home address. We have offices in the following locations: Norwich, Melton / Woodbridge, East Dereham & Bury St. Edmunds. As a Maintenance Technician, you will provide professional internal repairs and maintenance service across the Flagship commercial estate. Assisting and supporting the facilities team in all aspects of facilities management throughout the company as required. Your main responsibilities are to work with colleagues to provide a professional and timely internal repairs and maintenance service. To attend on-site meetings with external contractors and induct and supervise where required. Working on your own initiative to identify and resolve issues within the workplace and conduct regular site visits and inspections across the estate. you'll be confident in liaising with and organising third-party repairs as required. You’ll also take responsibility for all transport, equipment or mobile phone devices issued by Flagship and ensure their wellbeing while having an on-call rota contact for out of hours emergencies. Whilst being able to take the initiative and suggest changes to the way we work. You’ll need a full valid driving license.
