As Commercial Manager, you will be overseeing multiple schemes in Cardiff and Bristol with project values between £30m - £100m. The company is a well‑established UK construction and housing partner that predominantly focuses on residential developments and regeneration projects. They have a very strong financial and industry position with lots of financial backing, resources, and organisational strength. This is a full‑time office‑based role.

Key Responsibilities of Commercial Manager
* Attend regular team meetings
* Provide advice to the team on resolving contractual disputes and legal matters in a timely manner
* Ensure high standards of cash flow forecasting
* Review project cash flows with team and present to Commercial Director
* Maintain positive and successful client relationships
* Provide assistance and support on all commercial issues
Key Requirements of Commercial Manager
* Live within commuting distance to Cardiff
* Residential/contracting background
* Experience with JCT contracts
* Experience leading a team
