We are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator based in our Newtownabbey Office. the successful candidate should have 5 years' experience in good all-round transactional accounts.
Essential Criteria:
* IT Skills: Quickbook's Online, Payroll, and Microsoft Office to include Excel
* High volume invoice processing
* Supplier statement reconciliation
* Sales ledger invoice processing
* Reconciling supplier and customer accounts
* Monthly bank reconciliations
* Credit Control duties
* Running debtor reports and sending out customer statements
* Fortnightly payroll processing
