Job Description
* Looking for a Sales Team Manager to manage our client’s office based sales team and all sales activity within the company.
* Motivate staff and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
* Chase leads and follow up on opportunities to generate sales.
* Negotiate wholesale trade agreements with national accounts, buying groups and major companies.
About the Company
* Working for a well-established DIY manufacturer who have a portfolio of over 6000 SKUs across tools, garage equipment, heaters etc
* Part of a larger company with a drive for growth and development
Key Skills/Experience Required
* You will have experience managing a sales team.
* Be skilled in contract negotiations.
* Experience in hard goods sales would be advantageous.
