We are currently recruiting for a Support Assistant to join our Home-Based Care team on a 6-month fixed term contract. We have an opportunity for 16 hours, currently supporting 7 clients in their own homes between Shoebury & Leigh-On-Sea so a driver with access to their own vehicle is required for this role. Please note, travel time is paid instead of milage. Please note, due to the client group needs, there is a genuine occupational requirement for a female support assistant. Support is currently delivered Tuesday– Friday, between 9-5 but flexibility is needed for the hours to be split across Monday – Friday with the occasional weekend. Having recently been successful in securing new care packages there is potential for this role to be permanent and likely an increase in hours (if desired).
