Description
* Provide expert advice on employment tax matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Lead and manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
* Identify opportunities for tax planning and efficiency improvements for clients.
* Support the development of junior team members by providing training and mentorship.
* Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated services to clients.
* Keep up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and communicate their implications effectively.
* Contribute to business development initiatives and proposals to attract new clients.
Profile
The successful Employment Tax Associate Director should have:
* CTA qualified (or equivalent), or able to demonstrate equivalent experience in practice
* Strong technical expertise in Employment Tax, with a solid grounding in Global Mobility and the ability to address complex and nuanced tax matters with confidence
* A collaborative and approachable communicator, who values differing perspectives and fosters constructive dialogue
* Demonstrable experience in leading and developing teams, with a focus on identifying potential and supporting long-term career growth
* A genuine commitment to developing talent, with a proactive approach to coaching, mentoring and building high-performing teams
