Support Workers – 20 & 40 Hour Contracts – SEN School, PR3 Teaching Personnel are working closely with a residential school in Preston. The school are looking for staff who can support them in providing high-quality care and education for young people aged 8–18 with autism, learning disabilities, and associated complex needs. They are currently seeking compassionate, resilient, and committed Support Workers to join their dedicated team on 20-hour and 40-hour contracts. As a Support Worker at this school, you will play a crucial role in supporting our young people with daily routines, personal development, and emotional wellbeing. You’ll work closely with education and care professionals to help each young person achieve positive outcomes in a safe and structured environment.
