What you'll do Oversee profit and loss, balance sheets and cash flows Manage banking, including working capital, payment authorisation, forecasts and covenant compliance Develop and measure cost saving initiatives Manage and oversee a small team, including 1 Senior Management Accountant, an Assistant Accountant and 3 Finance Assistants Work closely with Head of Operations and Head of Property on strategy. Oversee Risk and Controls. About you Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) Minimum 3 years post qualified experience Experience across all areas desirable - audit / payroll / management accounts Commercial awareness Confident to work closely with senior management and present to Heads of Departments. High energy, keen to be involved in the day to day and confident to make fast and effective decisions.
