This permanent role offers a hybrid working model and requires occasional international travel, so candidates must hold a valid passport and full UK driving licence.
40,000 per annum (DOE) performance-related bonus Location: Office near Swindon (hybrid working) Contract: Permanent, full-time Key Responsibilities Lead procurement of goods and services to meet commercial and operational targets.
Lead, coach, and mentor junior procurement team members.
Support procurement for key retail fit-out and construction projects.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery targets, and pricing compliance.
Develop procurement schedules based on project specifications and drawings.
Skills & Experience Required Strong experience in a buying or procurement role.
Excellent Excel skills and general IT competency.
Full UK driving licence required.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
