1. Supporting sales account teams to deliver against revenue targets.
Key responsibilities for this job:

Act as office-based contact for key or named accounts/Annual Leave cover Act responsively and in a timely manner to customer queries and requests Build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally on named accounts Work with the Account Director’s within team on contact strategy and business development planning Attend regular product training courses to maintain high level of product knowledge with an understanding of the unique selling points for each product. Keeping above 95% completion on all in-house training courses (on “Edison”) and completing/keeping at least one relevant formal vendor accreditation per annum Help team achieve revenue acquisition, meetings and pipeline targets to earn commissionable element Help with in-flight order/changes amends/upgrades and churn Work with the account team on bids/pricing upon request
Knowledge and experience required:
3. Demonstrate relevant and successful experience and success working in a business to business sales environment
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. A good level of understanding of sales techniques, sales cycles and forecast pipeline management
