As the Social Brand Manager, you'll be the driving force behind Kiehl's social content strategy, creating impactful, platform-first content that resonates with our skincare-loving community. From curating scroll-stopping posts to leading live streaming events like TikTok Shop and fostering authentic conversations, you'll work hand-in-hand with advocacy teams and community managers to amplify Kiehl's heritage, innovation, and commitment to sustainability. Responsibilities
1. Drive and implement the content strategy, excellence, and execution across Brand Channels, including building, approving, and scheduling content calendars aligned with each platform's guidelines.
2. Create content including trends, campaign activations, BTS, launch events, NPD & Hero moments, utilizing influencer content from in-house and agency partners.
3. Brief content needs, organize and collaborate on shoots, and work with stakeholders to feedback on local content creation.
4. Coordinate with the Global team to integrate global content and provide feedback on UK-specific needs and best practices.
5. Identify growth opportunities in channel strategies (e.g., TikTok Shop, Amazon) and incorporate SEO to drive searchable content and conversions.
6. Use consumer insights to build relevant content briefs tailored to various social touchpoints.
7. Collaborate with community stakeholders to nurture and grow the audience, creating content based on consumer needs and wants.
8. Manage relationships with brand agency partners to foster collaboration.
9. Report on KPIs regularly, sharing learnings and results of campaigns with senior management, and ensure KPIs related to channel growth and brand SOI targets are met.
10. Analyze ROI of activations to inform future strategies.
Qualifications
* Expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and influencer marketing, particularly within UK & Ireland markets.
* Ability to craft and execute strategies that drive growth, engagement, and ROI.
* Strong relationships with agencies and internal teams, acting as a communication hub.
* Deep understanding of consumer trends and content that fosters community growth and engagement.
