We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and dedicated Waking Night Support Workers to join our team at Prospero Health and Social Care. Providing a nurturing and supportive home that delivers a safe and stable environment for young people.
Main Purpose of the Job:
* Provide overnight supervision and emotional support to one young person in in the home.
* Ensure a calm, safe, and structured environment throughout the night.
* Monitor and record well-being observations, incidents, and nightly routines.
* Liaise with day staff to maintain consistent care through effective handovers.
* Support with bedtime routines and any required interventions during the night.
* Complete light domestic duties to help maintain a clean and welcoming home.
What We're Looking For:
* 12 months paid experience within the health and social care sector (working with children and young adults)
* Must be able to drive and has business insurance
* Happy to travel
* Accommodation provided
* Reliable, flexible and compassionate
* NVQ Level 3 in children and young people (desired but not essential)
* Social Care registered
