Due to continued growth, Regis Fire Protection has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a highly successful team within a dynamic and expanding National Company.
Customer Services is at the heart of everything we do, so we are looking for candidates who care about the work they do and our clients.
This role will be based at our head office in Oldbury. You will be working on our Helpdesk, dealing with clients and engineers on a daily basis.
Ideal Candidate:
Must be hardworking and have a 'can do' attitude, with excellent communication skills.
Able to work in a fast paced business
Have knowledge of the Fire Protection industry
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
* Answer client queries via email and over the phone
* Provide customers and engineers with information using a dynamic workforce database.
* Proficient in the use of data systems, training will be provided.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook.
* The ability to identify and escalate priority issues.
* Liaise with engineers across UK
* Follow up customer queries where necessary
* Manage engineering time and call planning using systems provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
