Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Self-Employed Viewing Clerk to conduct property viewings for our lettings team. This is a flexible role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, has great communication skills, and wants to work independently while supporting tenants in finding their new home.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend scheduled lettings viewings at rental properties with prospective tenants.
* Provide a welcoming, professional, and informative experience during each viewing.
* Highlight key features of the property and answer general questions about the tenancy process.
* Ensure properties are secure and presentable before and after each appointment.
* Gather and relay viewing feedback promptly to the lettings team.
* Manage your own schedule while meeting agreed viewing commitments.

Requirements
* Self-employed status – able to invoice for services.
* Availability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
