Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our forward-thinking nurse-led team at City Community Hospital based in Oxford. The ward focuses on rehabilitation and complex discharge management, caring for patients with a wide variety of conditions from medical, trauma, renal and surgical wards. You will see a variety of specialisms daily to utilise and grow your nursing skills within a strong therapeutic, multi-disciplinary team that aims to provide the highest standards of patient care.

Interviews for this role will be face to face. As a Registered Nurse you will receive excellent career development and training as we support staff to succeed and thrive in their roles. Our ward is a great place to work with friendly, amazing staff.

Responsibilities

* A qualified RGN with passion and drive for developing clinical skills in a changing environment.
* A keen interest in new and upcoming technologies within Nursing and Healthcare.
* Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously, showing initiative and promoting ideas to improve the service.
* Be compassionate, caring and creative with excellent communication skills.
* Be flexible and positive with a willingness to accommodate a 24/7 service.


Qualifications

* Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration.
* Interest in rehabilitation, discharge planning, and multi-disciplinary care.
