Job Title: Part Time Finance Assistant
Location: Inverness
Salary: £13,780 per annum (£13.25 per hour)
Job Type: 12 months fixed term maternity cover
Hours: Part time, 20 hours per week across at least 4 days Mon - Fri
Key Responsibilities
* Manage finance function mailboxes and correspondence
* Maintain purchase ledger including invoice processing, supplier queries and statement reconciliations
* Process supplier payment runs via accounts system and online banking
* Process staff expenses and support month-end preparation including bank reconciliations
Requirements
Essential
* Previous accounts or finance office experience
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel (Microsoft)
Desirable
* Experience using Sage Group accounting software
