We are seeking a friendly and motivated Paralegal to join our Legal Recoveries team in our Leeds office on a hybrid basis.
As a Paralegal you will handle a variety of work types related to the recovery of clients’ debts, from pre‑action stage to enforcement of a judgment. Your caseload will include both volume and niche matters, providing you with opportunities to grow and utilise your skills effectively.
Responsibilities
* Practice and internal policies and processes
* Maintain awareness of relevant client strategies and ensure implementation on cases / projects
* Achieve individual KPI’s and contribution to team performance at a high level, including financial and non‑financial measures where applicable
* Deliver revenue for the team through existing business activity and developing own professional network
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
* Experience of working in a fast‑paced office environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks
* Excellent attention to detail to be able to carefully analyse information
Desirable
* Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
* Proven track record of success both in terms of financial results and client service
* Flexibility and adaptability in your attitude and approach to work
