As a leading practice in London, who work on projects globally, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress within HR and Operations administration. This role would be supporting the HR and Operations Director as well as the wider office, acting as first point of contact and customer facing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the friendly first point of contact - managing calls, enquiries and greeting visitors
* Handle couriers, deliveries and general office coordination
* Process expenses for Principals, Directors and the wider team
* Arrange travel when needed; coordinate training bookings and support employee benefits administration
* Help plan and run office social events
* Keep the HR system (Rapport) updated and accurate
* Protect sensitive and confidential information
* Support inductions and onboarding across departments
* Maintain organised and timely electronic filing
* Assist with recruitment - from monitoring the careers inbox to scheduling interviews and responding to candidates
* Record holidays, sickness and absences in the HR system
* Produce standard HR letters and documentation
Skills and Experience:
* Team-focused, flexible and always ready to jump in
* Proactive and independent, with strong planning and prioritisation skills
* Highly organised with clear, confident communication
* Sharp attention to detail
* Trusted for discretion, confidentiality and integrity
* 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within a creative setting
* Strong skills in Outlook, Excel and Word
* Adobe knowledge is a bonus, not a must
