Pay & Location
Salary: £27,000 + Pension + Benefits
Location: Bridgwater
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday (6am-2pm / 9am-5pm - rotating)
Responsibilities
* Carry out quality checks on products coming off the production line to ensure they meet customer specifications.
* Perform daily/weekly checks on QC equipment.
* Carry out routine quality and colour checks on machines, isolate non-conforming bottles, and record findings accurately.
* Ensure all activities in the quality department comply with health and safety, hygiene standards and ISO standards.
* Attend customers and register customer complaints.
* Complete paperwork correctly.
* Report fixing requirements and health and safety concerns to the QC Co‑ordinator or Shift Supervisor.
* Carry out any other duties consistent with the main purpose of the job, as reasonably required by the QC Co‑ordinator.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous role within a Quality / Compliance / Testing position in a manufacturing environment.
* Methodical approach and exceptional attention to detail.
* Organised and able to communicate results effectively.
* Awareness and knowledge of food safety policies.
