Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Sales Development role in a remote work from home environment. The Senior Sales Development professional will focus on identifying and nurturing leads to drive business growth. Responsibilities include managing lead generation, building strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed targets. The role also involves developing sales strategies and implementing effective sales management practices to optimize team performance.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated skills in Lead Generation and prospecting for new business opportunities
* Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities, including relationship-building with clients
* Proven success in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
* Capability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
* Experience with HubSpot CRM and sales tools is advantageous
* A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and self-motivation
* Previous experience in event management or within a global business context is an advantage
