We are looking for a dedicated Head Housekeeper to oversee daily cleaning activities and manage the housekeeping team. The successful candidate will report to the Hospitality Manager and ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily cleaning activities
2. Manage and schedule the housekeeping team
3. Support the Head Housekeeper in training and development
4. Ensure Health and Safety standards are adhered to
5. Report any defects or damage to furnishings
6. Complete cleaning documentation in line with company policies
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to take direction, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
