This is a great opportunity to join the Radfield Home Care team and develop a career in care management. Working as part of a team, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of our care service. This includes managing care needs with clients and their families, supporting a team of care professionals, setting and managing rotas, and keeping essential records up-to-date—no two days are ever the same.

Responsibilities
* Create and manage rotas for clients and carers.
* Coordinate and manage care plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
* Communicate with clients and their families to understand their requirements and preferences.
* Liaise with Care Professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
* Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on feedback.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care.
* Support the recruitment and training of new Care Professionals as needed.
* Promote and uphold the company’s core values, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Requirements
* Experience in roles such as Care Supervisor, Senior Care Assistant, or Field Care Supervisor.
* UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A compassionate approach with a genuine desire to support others.
* Basic office skills and familiarity with administrative tasks.
