Nottingham law firm is looking to recruit a commercial property solicitor to join their team. This role will be working as part of a closeknit Commercial property team with close working with clients on a wide range of projects from inception to completion. Work areas include a full-range of commercial property including: leases, acquisitions & disposals, reorganisations, banking & security, and landlord and tenant advice.
Responsibilities
* Handle a range of commercial property matters from inception to completion as part of a close-knit team.
* Work areas include: commercial property leases, acquisitions & disposals, reorganisations, banking & security, and landlord and tenant advice.
* Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver practical, commercial solutions.

2 YRS PQE, 3 YRS PQE, 4 YRS PQE, 5 YRS PQE, 6 YRS PQE, 7 YRS PQE, 8 YRS PQE, 9+ YRS PQE
