With offices in the UK and Ireland and a strong pipeline of exciting, technically challenging projects, they are now seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join a growing UK team.
Responsibilities
* Leading structural engineering design on multi-disciplinary projects from concept through to completion
* Delivering technical excellence in reinforced concrete, steel, timber, and masonry structures
* Coordinating with architects, clients, and other disciplines to ensure high-quality project delivery
* Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their professional development
* Supporting BIM integration and embracing modern digital design tools
* Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant industry standards
Requirements
* Chartered or near-chartered status (CEng, MIStructE or MICE)
* Minimum of 5+ years' UK consultancy experience in structural engineering
* Proven track record of leading projects or managing significant design packages
* Strong technical background with excellent communication and report-writing skills
* Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., Tekla, Robot, TEDDS, Revit)
* Collaborative mindset and a commitment to sustainable, efficient design
