Senior Care & Support Worker (Flexi)
Location: Spelga Mews, Banbridge, Northern Ireland.

Salary: £17.29 per hour
Hours: As and when required (flexi schedule)
Responsibilities
* Assist the Scheme Manager in running the scheme, ensuring compliance with residential care home regulations, other statutory requirements and Radius's own policies and procedures.
* In the absence of the Scheme Manager, be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the scheme.
Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent to include English and Maths at Grade C or above OR a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or Registered Nurse live on the NMC register or current and registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
* Minimum of 1 year relevant, consistent and continuous supervisory level experience in a formal caring environment.
* Practical experience in the management, control and administration of medications.
