Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
* Taking orders over the telephone
* Maintain accurate filing systems and manage clerical duties
* Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
* Processing Orders on the computer system
* Provide excellent communication support via multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
* Cash handling
Qualifications
* Proven experience in office administration or a related field
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Comfortable working within a small team
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
