What You’ll Bring
* Graduate‑level experience (CIPD Level 5 preferred) 🎓
* Strong generalist HR experience in multi‑site or operational environments 🏭
* Solid understanding of employment law & HR best practice 📚
* Confident communicator, coach and relationship‑builder 🗣️
* Commercially sharp, hands‑on and solutions‑focused 💼🔧
* Bonus: FM, housing or field‑based operations experience 🏘️
