Role Overview

As Sales Administrator (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting the sales organization by ensuring smooth administrative processes, accurate order handling, and high-quality customer service. You will act as a central coordination point between customers, sales managers, and internal departments, helping to ensure timely responses, efficient order processing, and a positive customer experience.

This role combines commercial administration, customer communication, and internal coordination in a dynamic, technical environment.


Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and commercial support to the sales team across the full sales cycle

* Process sales orders and enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely entry into internal systems

* Coordinate with internal departments to support installations, deliveries, and service execution across operational sites

* Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product availability

* Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, ensuring follow-up and customer satisfaction

* Maintain accurate customer records, pricing data, order history, and product lists

* Support preparation and maintenance of quotations, contracts, warranty documentation, and service agreements

* Maintain and update supplier data and relevant technical or commercial documentation


Key Requirements
* Experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar administrative support role

* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented mindset

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment

* Familiarity with CRM and/or ERP systems

* Understanding of quotation processes, technical equipment, or service-based sales is an advantage
