You could be the new Operations Manager! Join the team at an established Shopping Centre and estate, working for an esteemed Property Manager, on the lovely southwest coast.
What you’ll be doing…
* Overseeing the soft service contractors such as the cleaning, security, and car park, for the entire estate.
* Delivering high-quality customer service to both tenants and customers, working closely with both.
* Working as part of an established management team and engaging with the large onsite team, ensuring KPIs are met.

To be successful you will need…
* Existing hands-on, customer-facing experience, preferably in retail.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols – IOSH certified preferred.
* An energetic personality, with enthusiasm and passion for the role, while being hardworking and organized throughout, and able to lead the team when necessary.
The budget is £45,000 to £50,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
