Working Hours: 08:30 am - 15:30 pm.

Availability: Both Full Time and Part Time

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic, flexible, and compassionate individuals to work with children in Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time opportunities, and whether or not you’ve worked in education before — we want to hear from you!

Your ability to adapt, engage, and build rapport helps children connect, communicate, and feel safe — essential ingredients for their learning and development.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be part of a dedicated school community, supporting students in both their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support children in achieving their learning and behaviour targets
* Assist with daily classroom routines and activities
* Supervise and provide emotional support when needed
* Help maintain structure and consistency in the school day
* Use your creativity to engage students through expressive, fun, and interactive approaches
No prior school experience is required — just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the right personality to connect with children.
What We’re Looking For
* A background in acting, drama, theatre, or performing arts
* A calm, patient, and proactive approach
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A genuine passion for helping children thrive
* Previous experience working with children is helpful but not essential
