We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lecturer to join our team at the Waterfront Centre, delivering high‑quality teaching across Level 1 to Level 3 qualifications across two subject provisions.
In this role, you'll create an inclusive and engaging learning environment, supporting students in developing confidence, self‑regulation, and readiness for progression into employment, further study, or training. You'll be expected to manage behaviour positively and professionally, fostering a culture of respect and ambition.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment across Sport, fitness and UPS programmes.
* Prepare engaging learning materials and resources tailored to diverse learner needs.
* Assess and mark student work, providing constructive feedback to support progress.
* Conduct tutorials and one‑to‑one support sessions to help students achieve their goals.
* Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* A qualified teacher with experience in delivering Sport and/or UPS qualifications.
* Industry experience in either sector is highly desirable.
* A commitment to inclusive education and learner success.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
