Project Manager – Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor
Leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of a high-value public sector project in the North East of Scotland. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a major scheme from construction through to completion on a circa 2-year programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of the project from construction through to handover
* Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
* Drive programme, quality, and productivity on site
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety procedures
* Work closely with commercial teams on cost control and reporting
* Coordinate materials, design information, and programme requirements
* Support the delivery of a high-quality, snag‑free finish
Requirements
* Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager ready to step up
* Background within a main contractor environment
* Experience on large‑scale or public sector construction projects
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Degree qualified or trade background
Project & Location
North East of Scotland – high‑value public sector development. Circa 2‑year programme, site‑based role.
