Right Now Group are recruiting for an Airside Compliance Officer to join a leading aviation services provider based at Heathrow.
This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to take ownership of airside compliance procedures, including managing airside passes and supporting Health & Safety, creating a varied and full-time role. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the business operates safely, effectively, and fully aligned with airport regulations.

Key Responsibilities - Airside Compliance Officer
* Manage and maintain compliance for all staff and vehicle airside passes.
* Act as airport signatory across multiple airports, ensuring processes are correctly followed.
* Ensure full compliance with Heathrow and CAA regulations for all airside activities.
* Carry out regular audits, inspections, and spot checks on processes, equipment, and personnel.
* Maintain accurate compliance documentation and support internal/external audits.
* Monitor and enforce adherence to company and airport safety standards.
* Support the development and implementation of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
* Provide training, guidance, and support to staff on compliance and safety matters.
* Proactively identify risks and recommend improvements to operational practices.

Candidate Requirements - Airside Compliance Officer
* Previous experience with Airside Passes / Compliance processes at Heathrow(essential).
* Experience managing staff and vehicle airside passes, and acting as an airport signatory (essential).
* Strong knowledge of airside regulations and compliance procedures.
* Experience within Health & Safety is highly desirable.
* Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and auditing skills.
* Confident communicator able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership.

What's On Offer - Airside Compliance Officer
* Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience)
* Shift: Monday to Friday
* Hours: 40 hours per weeks
