Sales & Customer Service Advisor – Join my client’s dynamic retail team, ideally on a part time basis Are you driven by a passion for stellar customer service? We are excited to introduce an opportunity for a dedicated Sales & Customer Service Advisor at my client’s Norwich store, a business where customer satisfaction meets career fulfilment. Day to day, your role will include: Engage effectively with customers in-person, over the phone, and via email. Proficiently follow sales processes and ensure follow-up procedures. Match my client’s range of products to the unique needs of different customer types, from experts to first-time users. Cultivate solid B2C relationships with customers as well as B2B relationships in the community and become an authoritative voice on the product. Maintain impeccable records on their management database. Ensure the presentation and operations of the store are up to standard, from maintaining stock to ensuring the cleanliness and security of the site. Handle sales transactions, upsell products, and reconcile daily sales. Contribute to all facets of the business, including manual tasks to maintain the store's appearance. Who are you? (Training for their specific management software will be provided) Working Hours & Remuneration: Must be available to work between 20-30hrs per week, which will include an 8.30 start and/or a 5.30 finish, and you'll be happy working every second Friday and Saturday as part of your working week - my client is happy to fit in with your needs, so don't let that be a barrier Starting remuneration is competitive, with good potential earnings on top through team-based bonuses.
