About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Operations Administrator to join our friendly team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you will work as part of a multi-skilled generalist team to support the delivery on an excellent human resources and organisational development service by providing high quality administrative support. You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers and work closely with our HR & L&OD team undertaking a range of administration. This will include recruitment and on boarding, attendance management, maintenance of our LMS system as well as providing a range of ad hoc support across the organisation. You will also support the People Operations Manager in the continuous improvement of our business processes.
About You:
People focussed, enthusiastic, naturally organised with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload; you will work closely with the wider team enabling the HR and L&OD function as a whole to add value to St Leger Homes.
You will need to have a 'can do' approach and be a fabulous representative for our team, with the ability to quickly establish strong working relationships across departments. You will need to be confident with various ICT systems with the ability to quickly get to grips with any which are new.
