Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our team in Slough. This is an office-based role where you will oversee FM contracts for a variety of clients, including gyms, restaurants, and supermarkets. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee FM contracts for clients
2. Manage maintenance schedules and budgets
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
4. Lead a team of maintenance staff

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role
2. Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and health and safety regulations
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills
4. Ability to manage budgets and contracts
