In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various industries. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring a seamless hiring process. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape.
Responsibilities

3. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
4. Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions
6. Stay updated on employment and labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
7. Engage in cold calling and lead generation activities to expand the talent pool
Skills
8. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions effectively
9. Proficiency in technical recruiting and understanding of various roles across industries
10. Target driven and motivated to progress career further
11. Experience in talent acquisition
12. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and clients
13. Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and employee orientation processes
14. Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes
15. Strong research skills to identify potential clients and market trends
