Key responsibilities include: Leading, mentoring and developing the nursing team Delivering nurse consultations and Schedule 3 procedures Supporting surgeries, consultations and inpatient care Managing patient admissions, monitoring and discharges Ensuring compliance with clinical and operational standards Driving exceptional client service and patient care Supporting training and professional development across the team This is a hands-on leadership role where you will continue to utilise your clinical skills while helping shape the culture and performance of the practice.
