Family Solicitor – Yorkshire Firm
A well-established regional law firm is looking to grow its Family Law team with the addition of a skilled Family Solicitor.
The Role:
You’ll manage a varied caseload of private family law matters, with a particular focus on financial disputes and children matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and play a key role in driving the department forward.
Typical Matters Will Include:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial settlements (including high-net-worth)
* Cohabitation agreements
* Child arrangements and applications under the Children Act
* Pre-and post-nuptial agreements

What You’ll Need:
