Quantity Surveyor
Location: Reigate, Surrey (Flexible Working Available)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits (DOE)

Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established and growing civil engineering and groundworks contractor based in Reigate, is looking to appoint a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a medium-sized contractor known for delivering high-quality infrastructure, groundworks, and enabling works across the South East. With a healthy project pipeline—most projects based in Central London—and a supportive team environment, this role offers real scope for professional growth and development.
The Role:
1. Responsible for the commercial management of civil engineering and groundworks projects
2. Assist in tender preparation, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration
3. Monitor project costs, variations, and progress reports
4. Prepare and manage valuations, final accounts, and cost reporting
5. Liaise closely with site teams, clients, and supply chain partners
Requirements:
6. Around 3–5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within civil engineering or groundworks
7. Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
10. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field (preferred)
