Contract Business Analyst | Up to £450 - 550/day – Outside IR35 | 6 months | Birmingham/Hybrid
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced with complex, enterprise-level change. Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is seeking a contractor who can support an ERP system upgrade. Business Analyst contract experience with either COINS or Microsoft Dynamics is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with non-technical users to gather and translate requirements
* Translate business needs into user stories and clear technical specifications
* Conduct as-is/to-be analysis using Visio and support change impact assessments
* Support an ERP system upgrade and data migration at a user/change level
* Coordinate Compliance with IT Governance
* Coordinate and support user acceptance testing
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Proven experience supporting either COINS or Dynamics
2. Understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts
3. Requirement gathering from all levels of users, especially non-technical users
4. Experience working in large, enterprise environments
