Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator

Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
Salary: Scale 4, SP 9-12 (£27,254 - £29,540).
Start Date: 16.03.2026.
Unity Education is on the lookout for a new team member to help support the growth of its brands. In this newly‑created role, your day‑to‑day focus will be maintaining the company websites, content creation for social media channels and coordinating online events. As such, you’ll be an all‑rounder with technology, willing and able to pick up new platforms/tools, and already competent using Wordpress, Canva and Zoom.
You’ll need to be self‑motivated, full of initiative and willing to muck in when deadlines are approaching. As part of a fast‑paced and collaborative team, you’ll be comfortable adapting to change and confident working independently to produce high‑quality content that aligns with our branding and supports strategic business aims.
We are a small but mighty team, working flexibly and collaboratively. As part of our team, you will be expected to assist with a broad range of tasks related to growing the business and supporting customers.
