Your new role
Working as part of an experienced, award-winning family team, you’ll handle a varied caseload covering financial matters relating to divorce, children work, cohabitation disputes and pre‑/post‑nuptial agreements. You’ll take on leadership responsibilities, setting strategy, managing team members and helping to shape the continued growth of the practice. Collaboration sits at the heart of this role, working closely with colleagues to develop the wider service offering. The core client group typically holdplex financial arrangements, with a notable proportioning from the agricultural and rural sectors.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be an experienced senior family lawyer with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, confident in managing your own caseload while supporting and delegating to others. A strong network of referrers, excellentmunication skills and a reputation for constructive, strategic advice are essential. You’ll be ready to lead on business development, understand the regional marketplace and maintain relationships built on trust. Experience in non‑court dispute resolution such as mediation would be advantageous.
