Customer Operations Coordinator -What You'll be Doing:
1. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct pricing, delivery details and product availability.
2. Work with supply chain and logistics teams to support order fulfilment and proactively resolve issues.
3. Maintain order trackers, back-order information and customer communication where needed.
4. Provide professional first-line customer service for day-to-day order-related queries.
5. Maintain and update product portfolios for both OOH and Retail channels, ensuring accuracy of product data, pricing, formats, specifications and status changes.
6. Support product lifecycle updates including new product introductions, delists, artwork changes and SKU amendments.
